Meet the people behind IT Helpdesk. When you call us, you'll speak to one of the faces below, not a call centre. We're a small Burton based team, and we like it that way, because it means we get to know your business properly.
Our Team
Zishan – Managing Director
Zishan started IT Helpdesk with a simple idea: small businesses should get the same quality of IT support as bigger companies, without the big-company prices or being stuck in a call centre queue. He’s still hands-on with clients every week and is involved in the local business community through the Burton Chambers executive committee.
Away from IT, Zishan likes keeping busy and trying new things. He’s ridden a motorbike from the UK to Pakistan, plays golf, has recently taken up padel and is always up for a new challenge. Most importantly, he’s a family man and enjoys spending time with his family.
He likes to keep things simple, build good relationships and get on with things. Whether it’s business or life, he’s always happy to take on a challenge.

Imran is often the first person you'll speak to at IT Helpdesk. He takes the time to understand how your business works before recommending anything, and makes sure the package you get fits your team and your budget, with no hidden extras.
Aaron
Technical Expert
Aaron is a dedicated IT professional who takes real pride in keeping our clients' systems running smoothly. Whether he's working across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, or network infrastructure, he's passionate about his work and always focused on finding the right solution first time.
Nasir
Technical Expert
Nasir keeps our clients' systems running smoothly behind the scenes, from monitoring and updates to security and backups. He's happiest when he spots a problem and fixes it before anyone in your office notices something was wrong.
